The Opportunity
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a highly regarded NFP organisation, that support elderly people to live in the own homes, to recruit for a Team Leader on a full time permanent basis.
The Position
The role will be to oversee services provided to clients under the CHSP and HCP programs in the ACT and surrounding region. You will lead a team of Care Advisors and Support Workers to deliver a quality service that meets all of the required legislation and standards. You will ensure that data is collated accurately and reported as well as looking at ways to improve and grow the service.
The Person
To be considered for the position you will need to demonstrate:
- Qualifications in aged care, social work or related fields
- Experience working in in home care services
- Experience supervising and coordinating a diverse team
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Aged Care Standards
