Remuneration: $89-93K + Super + Salary Packaging

Role
Your role will be to oversee a team of case managers who work intensively with children, young people and families in foster care. You will manage and supervise staff who are undertaking comprehensive assessments, developing, implementing and reviewing clinical therapeutic treatments that help carers and ensure children and young people in placements are safe and supported.
Criteria
- Degree qualifications in social work or related field.
- Extensive experience working in OOHC/Child Protection.
- Previous people management experience.
- Drivers licence.
If you have OOHC experience and have acted up in a people management position, that would be considered.
