Type: Permanent role
Location: Paramatta
Salary: $99 – 103K + super + salary packaging.
Are you experienced in providing clinical supervision to clinicians that work with young people and/or families or experienced clinician that has worked with adolescents and families helping to improve dynamics and outcomes and looking for the next step in your career? If so this could be the role for you.
Role
Your role will be to oversee a team of practitioners that work with families and adolescents that have experienced complex trauma including but not limited to; child protection concerns, domestic and family violence and intergenerational trauma. You will support the team to get the best result possible for their clients by providing clinical supervision and identifying areas that they can improve as well as managing a small caseload yourself.
Candidate
- Degree qualifications in counselling, psychology or related area
- Experience in child and family counselling/therapy
- Previous experience providing clinical supervision is highly desirable but someone with extensive experience looking to step up would be considered
- Knowledge of emerging themes in the provision of high quality services to young people and their families
