Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered wit a leading not for profit organisation that provide a wide range of services to aged clients to assist in the recruitment of a Senior Scheduling Manager to oversee their rostering team on a full time permanent basis in Sydney.
The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the scheduling teams that arrange care workers to visit aged clients in their own home. With other senior managers and the team you manager you will oversee a review of the current processes and drive business improvements by recommending an implementing a best practice model. 


  • Experience in managing large complex scheduling teams
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve with limited supervision

If you’ve worked in a similar role for a large community service organisation that would be highly regarded, however we’re also open to people from outside the sector. Basically if you’ve managed rostering in a large organisation, whatever the industry, we’d love to hear from you!

In return you will be offered a salary in the region of $125-135k + Super + the salary packaging benefits of working for a NFP organisation. 
There’s also the flexibility to work from a number of sites across Sydney and a hybrid WFH arrangement.
