Type: Permanent, Full Time role, with WFH opportunities!
Location: Hurstville
Salary: $85 – 90K + super + salary packaging + vehicle.

Role

Working alongside other Senior Caseworkers – your role will be to provide training, support and supervision to caseworkers in a family preservation program. You will also carry a reduced caseload that entails working in the home environment, undertaking comprehensive assessments, develop, implement and review clinical therapeutic treatments and interventions that identify strengths as well as areas of risk, to help support vulnerable children.

Candidate

Degree qualifications in social work or related field.
Complex case management experience (specifically in early intervention/family preservation, or a child protection related program)
Flexibility to see families in a home setting.
Ideally experience providing supervision and support to staff.
Drivers licence.

Relevant Diploma qualifications with extensive experience considered.
