Salary: $100 – $104K + Super + Salary Packaging

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Coordinator that will oversee a number of House Managers in their Residential OOHC program. Role
Working alongside other senior staff you will oversee the operations of a number of residential OOHC house managers/supervisors in the Lismore region, ensuring that they provide high quality therapeutic care and assist young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential. Some of your tasks will include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential houses.
- Coordinate the day to day care of young people.
- Support a therapeutic environment for young people.
- To provide leadership, support and supervision to staff in the care and management of each young person
Candidate
- Relevant degree level qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
- Experience managing OOHC services.
- Residential OOHC experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of child protection and an understanding of statutory child protection frameworks.
- A knowledge of therapeutic care for young people in care.
Further Info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $100 – 104K + Super + the benefits of Salary Packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation.
