The Opportunity
Welfare Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a highly respected aged care services provider to assist in the the recruitment of a Residential Care Home Manager on a full time permanent basis at their facility just south of Wollongong. The role is paying in the region of $140-155k + Super + NFP salary packaging benefits.
The Role
The key aim of the role is to motivate and empower staff to deliver high quality and individualised care to the residents. You will have oversight of clinical care provision, direction and performance of the Residential home. You will ensure that there are processes in place to protect the quality of the service delivered and ensure that there is a focus on continuous improvement and ensure that the service is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements including TCB, infection control and accreditation and funding issues.
The Candidate
- Registered nurse with AHPRA registration
- Experience working in a similar residential manager position
- An excellent knowledge best practice support for people living with dementia
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- High level communication and interpersonal skill
