Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a well regarded NFP organisation that has services Australia wide to assist in the recruitment of a Regional Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of Out of Home Care related services across the Illawarra region, on a full time permanent basis based. Role
As the successful candidate you will oversee all of the PSP/Out of Home Care services in Illawarra region. You will have 5 direct reports and provide a supportive management style, ensuring that the services run in line with their contractual obligations, follow best practice guidelines and ensure excellent outcomes for children, young people and families as well as assisting with the growth of services in the region.

- Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or related fields, further management qualifications would also be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience managing a range of services in the child protection space
- An in depth understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children, young people and families
- Experience supporting children young people and families from Aboriginal and CALD backgrounds

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $135 – 145K + Super + Car + the benefits of Salary Packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation.
