Role: Regional Manager (OOHC – Residential Services)
Type: Permanent, Full Time 
Location: Wagga Wagga and Queanbeyan (based from one location, with travel across both locations).
Salary: $110k – $120k + Super + Full Use Vehicle + Salary Packaging

The Role

Your role will be to oversee the residential program, which comprises a number of therapeutic houses clustered in both Queanbeyan and Wagga. You will  provide a supportive management style, ensuring that the services run in line with their contractual obligations, follow best practice guidelines and ensure excellent outcomes for children in the program.
 
Requirements
 

• Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing services in the child protection space (ideally residential OOHC).
• Experience supporting children young people and families from Aboriginal and CALD backgrounds.
• Drivers licence.
