Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Program Manager for their OOHC program. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch today!


Your role will be to run the daily operations of the OOHC program and oversee a team of case managers who work intensively to provide culturally appropriate services to Aboriginal children in foster care and kinship care. You will manage and supervise staff who are undertaking comprehensive assessments that empower children, young persons, their families and carers to achieve the outcomes identified.


  • Qualifications in Community Services or relevant field.
  • Experience in OOHC.
  • People management experience in a related child protection role.
  • Drivers licence
