Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Carer Recruitment and Development Manager for their Foster and Kinship Care program. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch today!



You will be responsible for managing a team that identify, asses and develop suitable Foster and Kinship carers, with the aim of improving the outcomes of young Aboriginal people in care. You will ensure high quality carer recruitment, training, assessment, and support, as well as approving and declining potential kinship & foster carers. You will also provide training, support and supervision to your team.

  • Qualifications in Community Services or relevant field.
  • Experience in carer recruitment and assessment.
  • People management experience in a related role.
  • Drivers licence.
