Location: Alice Springs – Northern Territory
Remuneration: $115 – 129k + Super
Do you have extensive experience working with children and families in either OOHC or Child Protection? Looking for an adventure in the Northern Territory? This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate and get in touch today!
Role
In this role you will provide professional leadership and support to front line practitioners to assist them in developing their practice, develop a culture of practice excellence and a contribute to continuous improvement. You will support practitioners both in the field and in office based training, conduct case reviews and identify themes that will contribute towards continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
- Sound knowledge of child protection standards, (NT specific is desirable but by no means essential)
- Commitment to continuous improvement and an ability to review complex information and develop evidence based recommendations
- Preparedness to travel in 4WD vehicles or light planes, as required, and ability to undertake travel including overnight stays as necessary.
Further info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $115-129k + Super (inclusive of location allowances). Relocation costs are also available for candidates.
