The Client:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by well established NFP organisation that have a number of services that support vulnerable women to assist in the recruitment of an Operations and Accreditation Manager on a full or part time basis. The role would be based in the Inner West of Sydney with some flexibility to work from home a day or two a week.
The Role:
In this position, you will oversee the operational management for the organisations with a focus on the Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES) accreditation process with support from the CEO and The Board of Management. Further to this you will coordinate administration, including Finance, WHS, risk management and office management across the organisation.
The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Demonstrated experience with Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES) accreditation process
- Qualifications in qualifications in business management, social work, or another relevant discipline
- Skill and experience in data analysis and outcomes measurement
- Financial acumen around financial management, budgeting, reporting, and control
- Ideally experience working in the community services sector
Further Info
In return you will be offered a salary in the region of $97-101k + super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a Not-for-profit organisation. The exact salary is to be negotiated on dependent upon experience and qualifications.
