Type: Full Time role
Location: Orange region
Salary: $110 – 115K + Super + Salary Packaging + full use vehicle

Role
Your role will be to run the daily operations of the OOHC program and oversee a team of case managers who work intensively with children, young people and families in foster and kinship care. You will manage and supervise staff who are undertaking comprehensive assessments, developing, implementing and reviewing clinical therapeutic treatments that help carers and ensure children and young people in placements are safe and supported.
Candidate
- Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or related field.
- Experience in OOHC
- People management and supervisory experience in a related child protection role.
- Drivers licence.
Further Info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $110 – 115K + Super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation, as well as a car.
