Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered wit a leading not for profit organisation that provide a range of support services to women in the the ACT to assist in the recruitment of an AOD Operations Manger to over see a range of women support services in the ACT on a full time permanent basis.
The Role:
As a successful candidate you will responsible for managing a range of AOD services. You will provide strong leadership and work to achieve the maximum potential of the teams you manage, ensure services are delivered in a safe and compliant way, build relationships with stakeholders and assist with reporting the service outcomes to relevant funding bodies.
Candidate:
- Qualifications in social sciences or related field
- Experience managing services that support women who have experienced domestic violence and/or homelessness
- Ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in leading service delivery in a trauma informed way
Further Info:
In return you will be offered a salary in the region of $120-130k + Super + the salary packaging benefits of working for a NFP organisation.
