Location: Sydney’s Inner West
The Client:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by an industry leading not-for-profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a manager for their drop-in and outreach and DV service for vulnerable women on a permanent full-time basis in Sydney’s Inner West.
The Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for developing a team of case managers that work with clients who have experienced domestic violence, homelessness and complex needs. You will ensure a holistic therapeutic care environment is created for clients and be part of a dynamic team driving a change process as the organisation are introducing a new model framework across its client services.
The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Demonstrated management and leadership experience in a similar setting
- Qualifications in a social work, Social Work, Community Work, Psychology or Counselling or Management
- Leadership experience working in services with women and children escaping domestic and family violence, homelessness and other related complex needs
- Experience delivering change from an organisational perspective
- Experience working within, and supporting teams to deliver a therapeutic, trauma-informed framework with clients with complex needs
- Current WWCC, drivers licence

In return you will be offered pay in line with level 6 of the SCHADS award ($92-97k) + super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a Not-for-profit organisation. The exact salary is to be negotiated on dependent upon experience and qualifications.
