Salary: SCHADS level 7: $100 – 104K + Super + Salary Packaging
Do you experience in a program and people management role within an OOHC setting? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Coordinator for their OOHC program. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Role
Your role will be to run the daily operations of the OOHC program and oversee a team of case managers who work intensively with children, young people and families in foster and kinship care. You will manage and supervise staff who are undertaking comprehensive assessments, developing, implementing and reviewing clinical therapeutic treatments that help carers and ensure children and young people in placements are safe and supported.
Candidate
- Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or related field.
- Experience in OOHC
- People management experience in a related child protection role.
- Drivers licence.
