Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered wit a leading not for profit organisation that provide a range of support services to women in the the ACT to assist in the recruitment of a Manager – Domestic Violence and Homelessness Services on a full time permanent basis.
The Role:
As a successful candidate you will responsible for managing a range of services including crisis and transitional accommodation, day centre and outreach support programs. You will provide strong leadership and work to achieve the maximum potential of the teams you manage, ensure services are delivered in a safe and compliant way, build relationships with stakeholders and assist with reporting the service outcomes to relevant funding bodies.
Candidate:
- Qualifications in social sciences or related field
- Experience managing services that support women who have experienced domestic violence and/or homelessness
- Ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in leading service delivery in a trauma informed way
Further Info:
In return you will be offered a salary in the region of $105-115k + Super + the salary packaging benefits of working for a NFP organisation.
