Type: Permanent, Full Time role
Location: Lismore and Grafton regions. Some travel between the two, but can be based from either location.
Salary: SCHADS level 7:  $104 – 109K + Super + Salary Packaging

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Carer Recruitment and Development Manager for their Foster and Kinship Care program. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch today!


You will be responsible for managing a small team across the Lismore and Grafton region, delivering high quality carer recruitment, training, assessment, and support. You will develop strategies to improve efficiency, attraction and retention of carers and participate across the wider OOHC management team  

  • Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or related field.
  • Experience in carer recruitment and assessment.
  • People management experience in a related role.
  • Drivers licence.

Further Info
