The Opportunity
Welfare Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a community service in Blacktown that provide a wide range of youth support services to assist in the recruitment of an Interim Manager for approximately 3 months on a 3 day/week basis.
The Position
In this position you will manage a small community organisation that provide a range youth support services in the Blacktown LGA. you would oversee a team of program facilitators and unsure best practice models are used to deliver innovative programs and build social capital.
The Person
To be considered for the role you will have previous leadership experience in community services, be able to oversee a team, manage budgets and ensure that services are being delivered in line with their scope.
In return you will be offered an hourly rate of $58-63 + super. The working days are expected to be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with at least two of those being in the office.
