The Opportunity
Welfare Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a tier 1 Community Housing Provider that manage thousands of properties across Sydney to assist in the recruitment of a Housing Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the Northern Beaches on a full time permanent basis.
The Position
In this position you will manage a portfolio of properties and be the point of contact for tenants. You will respond to and resolve tenant enquiries and complaints, conduct regular inspections, refer tenants to relevant support services, represent at any tribunals and manage you financial targets by maximising rental income, reducing arrears, voids and vacancies.
The Person
People who have been successful in the role have come from a variety of backgrounds including real estate, other social housing providers as well as social work backgrounds that have worked in housing/homelessness. If you are values driven and have some relevant experience we’d love to hear from you.
In return you will be offered a base salary in the region of $81-88k + Super + NFP salary packaging benefits. Work a 35 hours week (Mon-Fri ONLY) with flexi time, additional leave and a wide range of other benefits.
