Salary: $90k + super + NFP benefits 
Type: Full Time, Permanent role

The Client:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by an industry leading not-for-profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Housing Case Manager. The role will be based in Western Sydney with the expectation of travel in the Greater Sydney area.

The Role:
In this position, you will work with a case load of clients that are in community housing that have been referred as they may require additional support. You will formulate support plans that include a range of interventions and meet the clients goals. You will liaise with other services and advocate for clients and support with issues and emergencies as they arise.   

The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, community services, humanities or similar discipline
  • Significant case management experience in the areas of Homelessness, DFV, mental health or similar fields
  • Sound understanding of Community Housing and challenges faced by Community Housing tenants
  • Current drivers licence with the right to drive in Australia
