Remuneration: $78 – 85k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging

Do you have case management experience and passion to help women experiencing homelessness? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by an industry leading not-for-profit to find a Case Manager for their transitional housing and outreach service catering for women looking for longer term housing options. This role is a full time (but 4 days/week would be considered) permanent opportunity and available immediately, so get in touch today!
 
The Role:

You will be responsible for providing case management to clients who are in transitional accommodation and/or at risk of systemic disadvantage. You will proactively and resourcefully support clients facing unique challenges by undertaking initial assessments, as well as coordinating longer term case plans. You will be motivated to create meaningful relationships and encourage positive changes in those you work alongside.
 
Candidate: 

• Experience working with people experiencing homelessness in NSW
• Experience in needs assessment, safety planning, case coordination and advocacy for service users and in individualised outcomes- focused service delivery.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, community services or equivalent.
• Drivers License
