Type: Permanent, Full Time position. Monday-Friday position working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required.
Location: Liverpool area.
Salary: $88 – 98K + Super + Salary Packaging

The Role
You will oversee a team of Youth Workers and work closely with the caseworker and other therapeutic staff to provide high quality care and assist young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential. Other duties include:
- To manage the daily operations of the home;
- To coordinate the daily care and support of resident young people;
- To create and support a therapeutic social environment within the home;
- To provide leadership, support and supervision to staff in the care and management of each young person
Requirements
- Relevant degree level qualifications*
- Experience working with young people in residential OOHC.
- Previous experience in leadership and providing supervision of staff (preferably residential OOHC).
- Drivers licence.
*currently studying a relevant degree, or extensive experience with a relevant diploma and a willingness to study a degree, may be accepted.
