Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not for Profit welfare organisation that provide a range of aged-care services  to assist in the recruitment of Care Advisor on a permanent basis to cover the Illawarra region on a full time basis. (35 hour week/Mon-Fri)
As the successful candidate your role will be to manage clients that receive HCP funding, ensuring that they have choice and flexibility in the way that the care and support is provided. Services may include personal or domestic assistance, food and nursing services, medication supervision, transport, home maintenance, and mobility equipment, and your role will be to arrange the provision of these services


As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience working in a case management role with in the aged care sector 
  • An understanding of Home Care Packages and Consumer Directed Care
  • Experience working with clients from multicultural backgrounds
  • Experience creating and maintaining rosters for care staff
  • Driving License and access to own vehicle

Further Info
In return you will be offered a salary in the region of $77-83k Super + the benefits of salary packaging. You will also be compensated for any travel using your own vehicle.
