Location: Western Sydney
Salary: $75 – 85K (pending experience) + Super + Salary Packaging

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation that provide a wide range of support services to vulnerable clients across NSW, to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager for their Family Preservation program. Role
Your role will be to work intensively to support a caseload of families in order to stop Aboriginal children being removed into care. You will work directly in the home environment, undertaking comprehensive assessments, develop, implement and review clinical therapeutic treatments and interventions that identify strengths as well as areas of risk.
Candidate
- Qualifications in Community Services or relevant field.
- Case management experience .
- Flexibility to see families in a home setting and outside normal business hours.
- Drivers licence.
