Type: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Location: Sutherland area

Salary: $34 – 40 per hour, plus super.
This role is available immediately – so if you are an experienced childcare educator, with Diploma level qualifications (or working towards), don’t hesitate to get in contact!
The Role
As the 2IC/Lead Educator your role will involve assisting with day-to-day management tasks, leading a team of educators, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also fosters positive relationships with families, supports staff development, and contributes to a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for children.
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma level qualifications (would consider someone working todays a Diploma)
- Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- WWCC (or willingness to complete)
- First Aid and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to complete)
