Salary: $78 – 84k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
Type: Full or Part time Considered (4 or 5 days/week)

Do you have case management experience and passion to help women that have experience domestic violence? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by an industry leading not-for-profit to find a Case Worker for their Domestic Violence support service on a 4 or 5 days/week basis. This role is a permanent opportunity and available immediately, so get in touch today!
The Role:

You will be responsible for providing holistic case management to clients who have generally experienced domestic violence, at risk of homeless and/or at risk of systemic disadvantage. You will proactively and resourcefully support clients facing unique challenges by undertaking initial assessments, as well as coordinating longer term case plans. You will be motivated to create meaningful relationships and encourage positive changes in those you work alongside.

  • Experience working with women and children escaping domestic and family violence.
  • Experience in needs assessment, safety planning, case coordination and advocacy for service users and in individualised outcomes- focused service delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, community services or equivalent.

While we’re ideally looking for an experienced candidate we would consider a recent graduate with relevant placement experience in a DV or Homelessness service.

In return you will be offered a salary in the range of $78-84K + Super + the benefits of Salary Packaging associated for working with a Not-for-profit organisation. There are also options to package a vehicle, additional leave and a whole range of other benefits.
