Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading women’s support service provider in ACT to assist in the recruitment of a Counsellor to support women with a range of complex needs.
Role
As the successful candidate, your role will be to maintain a counselling caseload of women with complex needs such as DFV, AOD and mental health. Where required you will plan an evaluate therapeutic groups, and support other staff in a clinical sense.

- Degree level qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, social work or related field
- Extensive counselling experience working with people that have experienced significant trauma and disadvantage
- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- A driver license is essential, pool cars are available

In return, you will be offered a base salary of $90-110k + Super + the benefits of salary packaging.
