Salary: SCHADS level 7: $100 – 104K + Super + Salary Packaging
Do you have people and program management experience in the OOHC space? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Coordinator for their OOHC programs. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Role
Your role will be to oversee the Residential OOHC care program in the Canberra region, as well as the Foster Care services on the South Coast. This will entail providing support to the House Managers in the Canberra region and ensuring the residential program is meeting the needs of the children & young people in care, as well as overseeing a number of PSP Caseworkers that are providing support to young people in Foster Care on the South Coast.
Candidate
- Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or related field.
- People and program management experience in a related role.
- Experience in OOHC (ideally some form of residential care)
- Drivers licence.
Further Info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $100 – 104K + Super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation. You will also get flexible working conditions and supportive team environment.
