Welfare Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a highly reputable and respected NFP organisation to assist in recruiting a Registered Nurse for a senior community-based clinical role servicing the Central Coast
  
The opportunity further offers

  • A local role offering a highly flexible arrangement travelling to and from assessments across the week from home. Flexible start/finish times are also on offer.
  • Full-time permanent role working regular Monday to Friday hours where you can leave behind on-call, shift and weekend work
  • Access to learning opportunities and a range of Clinical and Aged Care Specialists 

The Position

In this lead role you will oversee clinical care of HCP and transitional care clients travelling to their homes within the Central coast area.  You will be responsible for clinical assessments and ongoing review of their care plans aligned to goals and will lead, mentor and support Enrolled Nurses.  You will also work in conjunction with Care Managers/Co-ordinators assisting in the development of the care team.
  
Ideally you will have worked in community care nursing prior however very open to Registered Nurses who may approach this role from residential aged care or perhaps an acute hospital setting where you have spent time developing your clinical skills.  Ideally you will have good knowledge and experience around wound care management.
  
The Person

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse
  • Current clinical experience ideally with good knowledge and experience around wound care management
  • Passionate about delivering quality and person-centred care service and possess natural leadership skills
  • Prior experience and knowledge in community nursing will be very highly regarded however further mentoring and support will be provided if you are new to HCP model.
