The Opportunity

Welfare Recruitment Solutions has been approached to assist in the recruitment of a Clinical Care Lead for a newly created appointment working for a highly respected and established in-home aged care service provider.  This position provides a unique leadership opportunity to join them at this time as they embark on their next phase of growth.
  
The Position

At the heart of their service is ensuring that the wellbeing of the client needs and goals are met with a strong focus on consumer dignity and respect, valuing their identity, culture and diversity.  In this role you will proactively lead, and champion consumer directed care principles, look at continuous improvement strategies where they can further deliver on the quality care services that they are already highly recognised and renowned for. 
  
Your focus will be around clinical leadership, providing secondary consultation regarding clinical care support plans and contribute further in the clinical and skills development of their home care nursing, allied health services and greater care workforce team.  This will be provided through mentoring, coaching and further training and development to ensure the care services team knowledge and experience continually delivers on the exceptional service they provide.  There will also be a further focus around innovation, thought leadership, continuous improvement strategies and care governance.

The Person

• AHPRA Registered Nurse ideally with prior experience as a Clinical Lead/Manager within aged care (home care service provision preferred) however open to residential aged care experience.  If you are a current RN with natural leadership skills looking to step up into this role then we would welcome to hear from you.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian Aged Care Standards

This is a full-time hours opportunity Monday to Friday however we are definitely open to hearing from anyone who would like to approach this role on a part-time basis where the arrangement and your hours available can be discussed further.
