Salary: $82-86k + Super + NFP salary Packaging benefits
Role
Your role will be to work with children and young people who are living in a women’s crisis and transitional accommodation service. You will address children and young peoples emotional, educational, social and developmental needs, by working as part of a holistic team and providing case management support as well as delivering activities, programs and workshops (holiday program, homework club, etc).
Candidate
- Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in the areas of child education, youth work, counselling, social work, social science, or related fields
- A minimum of two years working directly with children and young people of varying ages.
- Case Management experience. Ideally supporting families, children and young people, with DV and homelessness concerns.
- Understanding of therapeutic models relevant to children experiencing trauma (attachment, strength based, trauma informed)

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $82 – 86K + Super + Salary packaging. SCHADS level 4. This will increase in July 2023. They organisation also offer a range of other benefits including additional leave and a wellness allowance.
