Remuneration: $90-120k + Super + Free Accommodation in remote communities
Do you have case management experience supporting children and families in either OOHC or Child Protection? Looking for an adventure in the Northern Territory? These roles are available immediately, so don’t hesitate and get in touch today! Based in either Darwin and travel to remote communities, or be based in remote communities and receive free accommodation. You’ll be expected to drive across country and fly in light aircrafts to get to the communities you’re working with.
Role
In this role you will use your experience working with vulnerable children, young people and families to carry out necessary assessments of individual, family and community issues. You will use appropriate methods of intervention and provide provide comprehensive case management support to children, families and carers in foster care placements. You will also help keep children connected to culture and where appropriate maintain a relationship with birth families.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
- Ideally statutory child protection experience but previous case management experience in a child protection/family support setting will be considered.
- Skills in assessment of child protection, family and community dynamics
- Preparedness to travel in 4WD vehicles or light planes, as required, and ability to undertake travel including overnight stays as necessary.

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $90-120k + Super. Roles based in communities receive free accommodation. For roles based in Darwin, allowances for staying away when you are in communities is also on offer. Relocation costs are also available for candidates.
