Type: 4 or 5 days/week, Monday to Friday.
Location: Western Sydney
Salary: $77 – 83K + Super + Salary Packaging.
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a very well respected community service that provide a range of services to support young people at risk of homelessness in Western Sydney to recruit a Caseworker on a permanent basis. This role is available immediately so don’t hesitate to get in touch today!
Role
This position is responsible for managing a caseload of young people that are at risk or experiencing homelessness in Western Sydney. You will provide trauma informed case management support, facilitate group sessions, assist with practical needs such as housing, living skills, education and employment, and build relationships with other complimentary services.
Criteria
- Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or similar. We will consider diploma level qualifications with relevant experience.
- Case Management/Casework experience.
- Experience working with homeless youth.
- Experience providing outreach engagement.
- Drivers License and vehicle.
