Type: Permanent, Full Time position. Monday-Friday position working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required. 
Location: Grafton region
Salary: $84 – 88K + Super + Salary Packaging

Are you an experienced OOHC caseworker with a passion for supporting young people? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager to work in their program that provides therapeutic support to young people who have been in OOHC, and are now living independently. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing high quality casework services to young people who have been involved in out of home care and are transitioning into the community. Working closely with other therapeutic staff you will assist young people to heal from their trauma and reach their potential. The young people in this program often have high and complex needs, including complex mental health, disability, emotional and behavioural issues.

  • Bachelors’ degree in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields 
  • Previous case management experience in a child protection related service
  • Demonstrated experience working with young people with complex needs
  • Full Australian driver’s license

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $84 – 88K + Super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation.
