Type: Permanent, Full Time position. Monday-Friday position working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required.

Salary: $84 – 88K + Super + Salary Packaging

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager to work in their program that provides therapeutic support to young people who are in residential care. Role 

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing high quality casework services to young people who are living in residential care. Working closely with other therapeutic staff you will assist young people to heal from their trauma and reach their potential. The young people in this program often have high and complex needs, including complex mental health, emotional and behavioural issues.
 
Candidate

• Bachelors’ degree in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
• Previous case management experience in a child protection related service.
• Demonstrated experience working with young people with complex needs (ideally OOHC).
• Full Australian driver’s license.
