Type: Permanent, Full Time position. Monday-Friday position working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required.
Location: Lismore region
Salary: $88 – 93K + Super + Salary Packaging
Are you an experienced OOHC case manager with a passion for supporting young people? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager to work in their program that provides therapeutic support to young people who are in care. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch today!
Role
Working as part of a holistic team your role will be to provide comprehensive case management support to children in OOHC. Where possible you will also help keep children connected to culture and help maintain a relationship with birth families.

Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
- Previous case management experience in a child protection related service.
- Demonstrated experience working with young people with complex needs (ideally OOHC).
- Full Australian driver’s license.

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $88 – 93K + Super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation.
