Remuneration: $76-82K + Super + full use vehicle + Salary Packaging

Welfare Recruitment Solutions are working with a leading Not For Profit organisation that provide a wide range of support services across Sydney, to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager for their Foster Care team. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate and get in touch today!
Role
Working as part of a holistic team your role will be to provide comprehensive case management support to children, families and carers in foster care placements. You will supervise, assess and support carers to ensure placements are safe, nurturing and child focused. You will also help keep children connected to culture and where appropriate maintain a relationship with birth families.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
- Previous case management experience.
- Experience in OOHC and an understanding of child protection issues.
- Drivers license.
