Do you have experience in the homelessness space and a passion for providing case management to vulnerable people? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by an industry leading not-for-profit to find a passionate and innovative Case Manager, to support people experiencing homelessness. The organisation, based in Western Sydney, specialises in providing wrap-around support for clients in the context of housing and homelessness. This role is available immediately on an initial 3-6 month contract, don’t hesitate, get in touch today.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing case management to clients who are experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping. You will proactively and resourcefully support clients facing unique challenges by undertaking initial assessments, as well as coordinating longer term case plans. You will be motivated to create meaningful relationships and encourage positive changes in those you work alongside.
Candidate:
- Experience in the homelessness space.
- Extensive case management experience.
- Qualifications in a social welfare related field
- Comprehensive understanding of issues that contribute to homelessness
- Current WWCC, drivers licence, and criminal background check
Further Info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $85k + Super + Salary Packaging.
This role is on an initial 3-6 month FTC, with possibility of extension
