Type: Part Time (3 days per week)

Salary: FTE of $89 – 93K + Super + Salary Packaging
Do you have experience helping women escape domestic violence and providing case management support? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by an industry leading not-for-profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a case manager for their domestic violence program for vulnerable women. This role is availably immediate, so get in touch today!

You will be responsible for providing case management to clients who have generally experienced domestic violence, are homeless and/or at risk of systemic disadvantage. You will proactively support clients facing unique challenges, as well as conducting Home Safety Audits for homes and undertaking initial assessments, as well as coordinating longer term case plans and connecting clients to appropriate services,


  • Experience working with women and children escaping domestic and family violence.
  • Extensive case management and domestic violence experience.
  • Experience in needs assessment, safety planning, case coordination and advocacy for service users and in individualised outcomes- focused service delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, community services or equivalent.
