Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading women’s support service provider in ACT to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager to work with women that are experiencing homelessness on a full time permanent basis.
Role
As the successful candidate, your role will be to provide case management support to women who are experiencing or at risk homelessness. You will:
- Undertake comprehensive client assessments, including safety and risk.
- Aid in the provision of safe and secure crisis and transitional accommodation as well as outreach support
- Plan and coordinate group sessions for women on a wide range of topics
- Provide accurate records of all aspects of support provided to clients including: case management plans, identified needs, priorities, goals, action, notes, or other relevant information or documentation to meet legal requirements.

As the successful candidate, you will:

- Ideally degree level qualifications in social work or related field (Diploma level qualifications with extensive experience would also be considered)
- Experience working with women with complex needs
- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- A driver license is essential, pool cars are available

In return, you will be offered a base salary of $90-103k + Super + the benefits of salary packaging.
