Client
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a well regarded community organisation that have services across the greater Sydney are to assist in the recruitment of a temporary Case Coordinator on a full time basis in the Bankstown or Fairfield region.
Role
As the successful candidate you will work with clients that are experiencing housing issues and help them to access training and employment opportunities that will in turn help their housing issues. You will develop and review case plans and implement wrap-around support services. Work with various partner agencies and advocate for them where need be.

In order be considered for this position you must have the following:

Candidate
In order be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Relevant qualifications in social science
- Strong case management experience in the welfare sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working with clients from a CALD background
- Access to own vehicle (Reimbursements will be made for travel)
Further Info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $79-81k + Super + NFP salary packaging benefits.
