Type: Permanent, Full or Part Time role.
Location: Lismore region.
Salary: SCHADS level 5: $88 – 93K + Super + Salary Packaging (pro rata for part time)

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Carer Recruitment and Development Worker for their Foster and Kinship Care program. This role is available immediately, so don’t hesitate to get in touch today!
Role
You will responsible for recruiting, assessing and training potential foster carers. This will involve working in a trauma-informed practice framework, supporting carers to provide a nurturing environment, promoting the physical and emotional safety of children and young people, as well as planning and delivering training to carers to ensure they can help the children and young people in the best possible way.
Candidate
- Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or related field.
- Experience in carrying out assessments with a child protection focus.
- Experience in running groups and delivering training.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Drivers licence.
Further Info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $88 – 93K (pro rata for part time) + Super + the benefits of Salary Packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation. You will also get flexible working conditions and supportive team environment.
