Client
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading not for profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Bid Manager (Business Growth and Strategy). The role is a permanent position and could be offered on a full time or 4 day/week basis for the right candidate. The role will be based in Parramatta with plenty of flexibility to work from home when needed.
Role
As part of the senior leadership team your role will be to oversee the grants, submissions, tenders and proposals that will contribute to business growth of this multifaceted not for profit organisation. You will coordinate and write grant and tender submissions to various funding bodies. You will help to identify new opportunities for business development, deliver written proposals and presentations and working with the relevant department heads and other stakeholders coordinate tender submissions.
Candidate
In order be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Extensive experience in bid, proposal and tender writing
- Tertiary qualifications in social science, housing or business administration
- Demonstrated experience in writing successful submissions in community sector
- Ability to build networks in in community services, local, state and federal governments
- Excellent project management skills
- Well rounded communications skills

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $130-140k + Super + NFP Benefits.
