The Organisation:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading NFP organisation that have a range of services that support women and children that have experienced domestic violence to assist in the recruitment of an Executive Operations Manager to oversee their client services, quality, policy and impact. This is a 4 day/week position and the remuneration is for 4 days, i.e. not pro rata. 

The Role:
The role is responsible for delivering on the organisations wider vision and the successful delivery of client services and business operations. You will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered with quality at the forefront and in line with funding and policy guidelines as well as overseeing new business and growth opportunities.

The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Significant leadership experience in the human service sector
  • Experience in coaching team members and driving continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field, e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Public Policy 
  • An understanding of the challenges facing women and children affected by DFV

Further Info:
In return you will be offered a salary in the region of $130-140k + Super + the salary packaging benefits of working with a NFP organisation. That salary is for the 4 days, the Full-Time Equivalent would be $160-175k.

General Manager – Client Services

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading NFP organisation that operate a wide range of  services that support people with a wide range of issues including mental health, domestic violence, family support, general counselling and more, to help recruit for a General Manager to oversee their client services.

The Role:
 
As part of the executive team your role will be to oversee large diverse teams that deliver mainly government funded programs to support vulnerable and disadvantaged clients. You will be responsible for the delivery of all programs and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality of services and measurement of outcomes. You will oversee a budget of around $40m and ensure that relationships with key stakeholders are developed and maintained.
 
The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Experience working in a large not for profit or government organisation in a senior leadership role
  • Qualifications in business management and/or social sciences
  • Experience working with large diverse clinical teams
  • Demonstrated ability in financial and business management.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive the creation of inclusive workplace systems that enables all staff to practice inclusion and value the diversity of people , experiences and backgrounds. 
  • Demonstrated ability to actively collaborate and engage with stakeholders to solve problems and develop strong processes and approaches to work.  
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and experience and knowledge in policy development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability in financial and business management.
