The Client:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with the Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC) to assist in the recruitment of a newly created Executive Assistant position on a full time permanent basis. Their vision is vision is to create safe futures for women and children and end gender-based violence in a generation.

The Role:
The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role providing high level support and administrative running for the CEO and wider SLT. Adept with technology, general office tasks and be able to excel at both verbal and written communication, this role will juggle multiple requirements and, at times, be required to change focus at a moment’s notice. You will be a proactive self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Previous experience working as an EA or a comparable administrative role
  • High level IT skills
  • Demonstrated experience dairy and inbox management.
  • High level written skills, with demonstrated ability to report and edit writing and correspondence, take minutes and produce high quality written material and presentations.
  • Demonstrate your alignment to WAGEC’s purpose and values

Further Info:
In return you will be offered a salary inline with level 5 of the SCHADS award; $88.7 – 92.7k + Super + the salary packaging benefits of working with a NFP organisation. Additional benefits also include:
