The Role:
You will be responsible for providing case management to clients who are in transitional accommodation and/or at risk of systemic disadvantage. You will proactively and resourcefully support clients facing unique challenges by undertaking initial assessments, as well as coordinating longer term case plans. You will be motivated to create meaningful relationships and encourage positive changes in those you work alongside.
Candidate:
- Experience working with people experiencing homelessness in NSW
- Experience in needs assessment, safety planning, case coordination and advocacy for service users and in individualised outcomes- focused service delivery.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, community services or equivalent.
- Drivers License

In return you will be offered a salary in the range of $78 – 85K + Super + the benefits of Salary Packaging associated for working with a Not-for-profit organisation.
