Please note: This is an Aboriginal designated position and Aboriginality is a genuine occupational requirement for this position under s 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic).
ROLE
Initially you will be part of a joint venture operation in the community, where your role will be focused primarily on representing Aboriginal staff in the program. You will provide supervision and mentorship, whilst making sure the workplace is culturally safe, as well as being a liaison between stakeholders. There is scope for the role to grow and expand into other programs that can further support Aboriginal people.
CRITERIA
- Aboriginality and experience supporting Aboriginal people.
- Operations/Program coordination experience.
- Experience mentoring and providing team support.
- Drivers licence.

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $90-100K + Super + Car + Salary Packaging. You will also get flexible working conditions and a range of other benefits.
