Location: South West Sydney (Camden/Campbelltown)
Salary: $120K – $130K + Bonuses (negotiable)
Type: Full Time (Part Time considered)

We’re looking for a dynamic Paediatric Therapy Lead/Team Leader to manage a rewarding caseload and lead an enthusiastic team. If you’re a dedicated Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist with leadership potential, this is your chance to make a real impact!
Your Role:

• 80% Clinical: Manage a diverse paediatric caseload, develop personalized intervention plans, and work with a range of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
• 15-20% Leadership: Supervise and inspire a team of senior therapists, therapy assistants, and more. Drive team performance, coordinate schedules, and foster a positive work culture.
• Quality & Growth: Monitor service quality, facilitate team development, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology, with AHPRA or SPA registration.
• Experience: 3-5 years in paediatric therapy. Leadership experience is a plus but not essential—your passion and drive to lead are key.
• Skills: Top-notch organisational abilities, excellent communication, and a strong desire to grow as both a leader and clinician.
